Honestly, because the abdominal muscles are the hardest to work on, there is no such thing as a quick six-pack, but we can give you some advice on the quickest way to get a six-pack, if nothing else. If you follow the guidelines you read here, then you should be able to get a six-pack quicker than if you tried on your own without reading this!

While you should focus on abdominal exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles, you should also focus on burning fat in the abdominal area so that your sexy six-pack can be seen. It does not matter how great those ab muscles are if there is a layer of fat covering them up! The best way to do this is to eat a balanced diet and drink lots of water. If you reduce your total amount of body fat by 8% or 9% then you should have your six-pack.

Do many abdominal training exercises like crunches, butterfly crunches, v-ups, sit-ups, Russian Twists, and leg lifts. Crunches are half sit-ups, which focus on the central ab muscles. The butterfly crunch is the same thing, except you turn from side to side with each rep to tone the oblique muscles, which are the ab muscles on the side (better known as love handles). Leg lifts will tone the lower abdominal muscles, and should be done by only lifting your legs up, straightened out in front of you. Most of your abdominal exercises should be done lying flat on the floor. These exercises will work on your abdominal muscles to give them definition as the fat melts off your body from the balanced diet and exercise you are getting. Also remember to hold your ab muscles tight when you are doing other things, like sitting in front of the computer reading this article. Every little bit helps!

Other than hard work, dedication, and motivation there is not much you can do for a quick six-pack. It is something that takes time and effort on your part. If it was something we could magically make happen, do you think there would be as many people walking around with the infamous beer keg belly? The best advice to offer would be to find a routine and stick to it. The six-pack will come to you as long as you willing to work for it. When it comes to developing a six-pack washboard stomach, there is no such thing as instant gratification!

I’m not one to brag with huge figures and I’m not exactly Ronnie Colleman material yet, but I’ve been fortunate enough to get to where im at today.
