Thanks for checking out the site…
As of right now I don’t know you and you don’t know me.
That we can both agree on.
What I DO know is what it’s like to to yearn for something when you want it real bad.
I know what it’s like to workout for weeks with no results, the frustration that comes
with building muscle and working out.
I’ve been lifting weight ever since I was In high school.
Thinking of it now, I didn’t know what the hell I was doing, I guess I was doing it more
for my physical education class. I still remember the first time I did my first set of
barbell bench press……I was so nervous because I did not want to make a fool out
of myself in front of my friends.
At the time I didn’t have a clue what building muscle was all about and I eventually
discovered that it wasn’t as easy as it look, but that never stopped me.
That was the spark of a 6 year long love affair which brings us to today. I’m not one
to brag about my physique, and like I said before I’m not claiming to be one of the
muscle fitness guy you see on Muscle&Fitnnes Mags, let’s just say that I’m a
working progress.
So why did I build this site?
So I can show you exactly how I did it and still doing it, so you can compare my success
with your own weight training workouts.
Why? Partly to explore different ways and the right way to build muscle.
The way I see it, you can’t spend your life looking back at what could have been,
who you could have been and what you could have done…There’s not enough
time for that.
So that’s why I run this site, and I‘m so glad that I do. I get to help others across
the world make their lives a whole lot better. Who wouldn’t want to do that?
I especially love to hear about guys who have tried a program I recommend and
saw results that were even better than mine.
THAT is satisfying.
